⚠️ Please Note: This policy applies exclusively to the "Esplorando" website. For data processing related to the use of the "Esplorando" App, please refer to the specific Privacy Policy.
Changes and updates will be effective as soon as they are published on the website. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to the Privacy Policy, the Data Subject shall stop using this website and may ask the Data Controller to delete his/her Personal Data.

a) Navigation Data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses, URI/URL addresses, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, etc.).

Contact and Support: The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the Data Controller's contact addresses, or the filling out of contact/support forms, entails the acquisition of the sender's email address, necessary to respond to requests.
